The common belief is that once you get a cavity, it cannot be healed. That way the only solution is to go to the dentist, have a part of your tooth drilled out, and have it filled in with synthetic material. The world has been slowly waking up to the fact that, when you nourish your body, it can heal itself in ways that we previously thought impossible. Some things have been deemed completely incurable, one being dental cavities. When you actually do the research, it is now becoming blatant that that tooth decay can be reversed, and there are proven remedies! Naturally we all assume that it is not curable, that cavities cannot heal! The fact is, this is simply not true. According to a study done by the British Medical Journal; cavities and tooth decay can be healed or even reversed. The Study was done on 62 children all with cavities, and they were divided into three different groups. Group one ate a standard diet plus oatmeal. Group 2 consumed their normal diet and supplemented it with vitamin D. Group 3 ate a grain-free diet and took vitamin D. The results showed that group one had an increase in cavities, two had improvements in cavities, and little to no formation, and 3 had the greatest improvements to where nearly all the cavities had healed. This study, along with the backing of many doctors and dentists along with extensive research proves that we have all been misinformed about what caused cavities and if they can truly be reversed. We don’t have to decline as we age
People are living healthy and fit into their 90’s and beyond. Stop saying that you feel old at your 50th or 60th birthday and you are more likely to stop feeling old. You program your health and longevity with every thought you think. My thoughts are that I’ll be well into my 90’s and beyond and be happy healthy, happy healthy, happy healthy, dead — in that order.
I whittle my FB friends down by 32
I posted on Facebook yesterday, “To keep my friends list to a manageable size, I’m unfriending today. Help me out — I publish Florida’s NEW AGE magazine. I make my living as a PSYCHIC medium. I support GAY marriage. I’m not looking for a date. If you’re very right wing or a fundamentalist Christian, you will likely be offended. Please unfriend me if you’re not into it all. Thanks.” I was surprised I only lost 32.
When people don’t need your money anymore, they show who they really are
Prank gone wrong! Man thinks he wins the lottery, and the truth of who he is comes out –> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fokIKTQ5az4. When people don’t need your money anymore, they show who they really are. If you suddenly won two million dollars, who would you choose to part ways with? What about ten million dollars? Twenty?
Drink water to stay hydrated in this heat
Yesterday I took an early drive to the beach, so early there were still lots of bench sleepers along the boardwalk. What a cool bedroom to wake up in! I walked up and down the boardwalk twice then sat to watch the sunrise. There were a lot of people on the beach with cameras, it’s mostly deserted that early. On the way home, I bought gas for my lawnmower and was mowing by 8:30am before the sun got too high. It was just 81 degrees and I was under shade most of the way. I usually mow my yard in spurts, the courtyard one day, the front strip along the road another day, the backyard another day. I hadn’t mowed the back yard in two months because I kept slacking on refilling the gas can. The grass in the back yard had grown midway to my calf. It took me a record hour to mow my entire yard. I love yard work. Often I mow without the self-propelling feature, just to give my arms and shoulders a good workout. This day, I used it for the last deep patch in the back yard. The problem was that the taller grass was still wet inside since it was only 9:00am and the sun hadn’t yet hit that area of the yard. After mowing, I was really tired so I took a nap. I later found out I’d dehydrated myself and that was the reason for my sudden fatigue. Seven bottles of water and six hours later I was good to go again.
Work at enjoying living then your body fights disease as it was meant to
On Facebook, I posted a link to Why get your teeth cleaned? If you grow plaque in your mouth, you grow it in your body and thanked Marlene B for giving me the heads up that the two are related. Immediately, several FB friends began challenging her and giving her unsolicited advice. I wondered what Bernie Siegel would have to say on this Topic, so I tagged him in a comment. He responded, “yes there is a correlation with heart disease etc. we all die some day so do what makes you happy. love and care for yourself but don’t become obsessive about not dying. work at enjoying living then your body fights disease as it was meant to do and you’re not upset about all the dentist visits which didn’t save your teeth and life.” Thank you Bernie for reminding us what’s really important.
Reminding myself I don’t need to know where my next good will come from
It just occurred to me tomorrow is Monday so I’ll take a moment to pre-pave a good business week by reminding myself of what I already know: that I don’t need to know where the next dollar or advertiser or client will come from. I just need to remember — and keep myself in a state of expectation for it — that I can be unexpectedly delighted by the interesting and fun people sent my way, who also happen to provide my income. I used to do elaborate rituals for manifesting income and they worked, then I came to realize that the rituals were what my egoic self needed as a safety net until I formed my own beliefs. Once I saw it happen over and over and began to believe it to be true, the only ritual I needed was to bring it to mind, then know the dollars would come in while I go do something fun.
Kelli’s Abs and Upper Body Workout just kicked my butt
This workout just kicked my butt –> Kelli’s Abs and Upper Body Strength Training Workout – Chest, Back, Arms and Abs Superset Workout. I like that I can watch workout videos on Youtube from the living room on the big smart tv where I have the yoga mat and cardio equipment. Having the space set up for it makes it easier to fit in a few minutes here and there throughout the day. Or I can do it all at once as I just did here, so I can feel shaky and exhausted and sick afterward. I guess that means I had a good workout.
Studying the limbic system, I now understand why people play games.
Studying the limbic system (our emotional brain) I now understand why people play games. Playing the game stimulates dopamine production. You get points by activating the seek and find mechanism and your dopamine surges each time you get the points. That happens with our FitBits activity counters too. We set a goal of 5,000-10,000 steps a day then keep checking to see how close we are to it. That little delighted Ummph we feel is as a result of our dopamine surging! It made me understand the infatuation process, because I fall into it quickly and out of it quickly and now I know why. Yay for natural highs!

Clearing and Balancing the Chakras from Doreen Virtue’s “The Lightworker’s Way”
Yes, Doreen’s focus has changed away but this is powerful and important work, the info stands and the results speak for themselves. Clearing and Balancing the Chakras from Doreen Virtue’s “The Lightworker’s Way”. You might want to read this into an audio file for yourself. Let’s begin.
Take a deep breath through your nose and hold it for about four seconds, exhale slowly through your mouth, now do this again… slowly. Completely relax… slowly .release all the tension in your body, see it flowing down through your feet into Mother Earth to be transformed…
Visualize or feel a round and transparent ball, colored in a beautiful shade of ruby red, floating inside your body near the base of your spine. This is your “root chakra”, the center of your strength and individuality.
Mentally look at or sense the ball. Notice if it has any areas of darkness. These are energy imbalances, and you can immediately wash them away by simply intending the ball to be perfectly clean. Continue reading
