I’m one of those who thinks that whoever is bothered by the socks on the living room floor should pick up the socks. If the dirty dishes in the sink bother me, I can either do them or get ticked at whose dishes they are and waste time wondering why aren’t they washing them instead of playing on the computer. It’s a no brainer: I can either keep the offender out of my house or I can morph my perspective to keep myself happy. Happily, in my household I’m the one who throws her socks on the floor.

I get surprised by a friend’s racist comments
I just saw a friend’s post on the news feed and went to his page to agree with him. As I scrolled to find the post, I saw a half dozen racist and bashing posts he’d made. It’s a side of him I don’t know. Oh, there are so many facets of our friends’ personalities. They are either a friend or not, regardless of beliefs. Just not one I can spend much time with.
Cutting the cords of unhealthy attachment
I’m often asked for a simple and effective cord cutting ritual so click here for it. I came across this article and wanted to share:

I don’t live within these 4 walls, I live in my imagination
I love connecting friends for the purpose of creating magic together, and I think magic is what it’s all about. Magic as in using the alchemy of focused vision to see the good and the enchantment in everyday ordinary life. Then it doesn’t matter if I live and work in the same place. I can never get into a rut. I don’t live within these four walls, within this one mile radius, I live in my imagination and that’s unlimited.
