Here’s my new Stamina R360s exercise bike, a $25 Craigslist find, six blocks from home.  Score!  I found a user’s guide online but not for my model, so don’t know how to adjust the tension on the front wheel. Reviews of this machine say that’s a popular problem no one seems to know how to fix but while it IS high resistance, it IS do able as is.  I was able to remove a screw behind that black knob (shown in the photo bottom center) to adjust the length for my long legs.  I couldn’t budge the knob by hand so I used a strap wrench.  It’s fun!  So far…
