cat journallingWhen you have unresolved emotional issues with loved ones you can’t discuss it with, you can still find resolution. Whether you aren’t speaking because they won’t, or maybe their whereabouts are unknown or they’ve passed, you can still find peace. When you journal your feelings, you come to a deeper understand than if you were just thinking or speaking about the situation. When you journal, the process of putting it into words helps your brain organize the info so you can figure out what’s wrong and why it bothers you. When you understand it, that is when the issue begins resolving. Even if you never talk to that person again. Writing down what you think the problem is, and how the problem makes you feel, is an important first step.
