4 step process using symbols for emotional release and manifestation

For those of you who are not into metaphysics I refer you to “The Secret” video which is available in our library system and can be picked up or ordered to be delivered at your local library. www.mylibraryworld.com  This video has numerous scientists and others commenting on the science of how thoughts and feelings affect what happens or “manifests” in our lives.  After researching the university-studied healing method devised by William Bengston (which initially provided a 100% cure rate in 100% fatal cancer in mice, later when used on humans the cure rate was lessened by the length of the disease), I came up with a very simple explanation as to how it works (Bengston does not know) and a very simple way to do something similar (Bengston’s method is long and complex. You can buy his method with 5-6 CD’s for $50).  Mine is free for you right here below.

Since devising this simplified and altered method, I personally have experienced some very interesting health improvements and increased control of my thought processes. I recommended it to someone who was worried about being endangered by an individual and two days after starting this work the individual was arrested. In my opinion this really does work if you do it.  Here’s how to do it:

SYMBOL MANIFESTATION METHOD:

(1) YOU FIRST WANT TO CREATE YOUR SYMBOLS.
(a) You’ll create a symbol for being happy
, for when you feel joy. (Andrea’s is a big happy family dancing in the sunlight under a rainbow with a pot of gold at the end of it.)
(b) You’ll create a release symbol, for when you have a negative thought.  (Andrea’s is a dove being released into the sunlight.)

(2) Start with an intent that is very simple, like “be happy”. Do NOT be specific.  If you want to be safe, think: “I desire to be safe”.
If you worry about money think, “I want to be financially comfortable”.
If you want EVERYTHING to go into alignment, think, “I want to be happy”. I recommend this above all other intents as it is all inclusive.

(3) WHENEVER YOU HAVE AN EMOTION, ANY EMOTION, THINK OF ONE OF YOUR SYMBOLS.

IF YOU ARE THINKING SOMETHING NEGATIVE USE A RELEASE SYMBOL.  If I have a negative thought, I think of a release symbol followed by a symbol of happiness.  Over time you will reprogram your subconscious. Your negative emotions will lessen. Your vibration will improve and you will see evidence of the changes… this can occur very quickly.

(4) When you go to bed at night focus on one of the symbols that you’d most like to achieve. This is an important step, so don’t leave it out. Again I suggest happiness. Hold the symbol in your mind as you drift off to sleep.

Some examples of Symbols:
Older symbols or well known symbols are better but you can use any symbol that you desire. SYMBOLS are preferred to images.

Happy: the smiley face symbol
Elation: silhouette of someone jumping for joy
To let go of nagging negative thoughts: hand dropping an anchor
Inner peace: the peace symbol
Health: the cadeusus
Luck: four leaf clover, horseshoe, etc
Money: $, pot of gold, etc.
Answers, problem solved, doors open, enlightenment, etc: key (also an excellent all around symbol)

Repeatedly doing this… especially the dropping of the anchor or other release symbol… will reprogram your subconscious negative programming.

Remember: do it when you have ANY emotion. AND focus on a single symbol when you fall asleep. Even if you do this sporatically, you should see results.
