A view through spiritual eyes – Poland Loses Leaders – What Now?

Facebook Question:  Andrea, this is a more serious subject than most on your page. I hope you don’t mind, but many of us have been thinking about the plane crash yesterday in Russia that took the life of Poland’s president Lech Kaczynski and a great many of that country’s prominent people. The plane was on its way to a commemoration of the infamous Katyn massacre of tens of thousands of Poles by the Russians. What is your take on this through spiritual eyes?  Thank you in advance.

My answer was: “I know it’s in the news but don’t know the details. My take is people die. My take is that as the older generations die, old beliefs and customs tend to die as well. This leaves greater hope for a better tomorrow. New blood and new ideas infuse new energy. I think the timing was synchronistic. I think that will become an important date of hope and inspiration to a new generation.  I think it’s the clear sign of a beautiful beginning.”

Yes, a chance to begin again, from the ground floor up, a new design.
That’s always exciting.
