Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.

A friend asked the point of me putting my personal life online. It’s because my life is my message, not just how I reframe challenges after the fact, but how I deal with them moment to moment while I’m in the midst of it.  Martin Luther King said it best: Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter. This man helped our world CHANGE for the better and gave hope to generations.

MLK’s instructions for Successful Overthrows:
These are MLK’s four links of a successful bridge across troubled waters:
1. Make a clear list of grievances
2. Negotiate on these premises
3. Do daily spiritual purification
4. Take non-violent action
