Collard greens for lunch with a side of roasted asparagus. They topped my bowl of lemon, ginger, scallion broth. This week the menu is leafy and green, soupy and clear, grilled and roasted. I’m back on the nutrition track and back walking the treadmill in the morning then the elliptical every other day. My body thrives on healthy routine!
