Can Teeth Heal and Regenerate? There is a lot of evidence showing that diet had a tremendous impact on oral health (even more so than brushing in some cases) and that there had even been cases of cavities reversing. The group consuming no phytic acid and supplementing Vitamin D showed very few new cavities and actually had many existing cavities heal! A good reason to cut back on the grains, beans, nuts, eat good fats, limit fruits and starches, and take more Vitamin D. Fortunately, a decaying or broken tooth has the ability to heal itself. Pulp contains cells called odontoblasts, which form new dentin if the diet is good.” Article –> How to Remineralize Teeth. A recipe for –> a reminiralizing toothpaste is here.
Very interesting, we can regenerate a human tooth by mental imagery. I wonder if I can hold my focus effectively enough to reverse a cavity that is beginning… http://www.healingteethnaturally.com/testimonial-tooth-regeneration-via-visualisation.html.
In her book Energy Medicine, Donna Eden cites several examples (including herself) where acupressure has been successfully used to stop toothache and even heal the affected tooth of dental decay! Her method involved simultaneously putting pressure on two relevant sedating acupuncture points, and then another two, holding the pressure for 2 minutes each and continuing this practice on a daily basis for about a month. The Energy Medicine book features a dental chart showing which tooth corresponds to which organ, and additional charts illustrating the entire treatment for toothache and cavities. In an internet forum, someone reported success with stopping their toothache for several months and what seemed to be a healing effect on their teeth, in spite of using it only a few days in a row. (That same person added “a word of caution: You might want to also know how to re-stimulate the meridian involved (immediately afterwards it is not very effective in my experience) … unless you have some time to sleep off the possible effects of sedating the meridian” and offered to supply specific information for “point treatment” of specific teeth.)
