If you bless a situation, it has no power to hurt you.” – Emmet Fox.  Someone asked me how to “bless.” What I do is simply say, bless this person, bless this situation. When I hear a siren, I say bless the first responders, bless the patient, bless the family, bless the medical personnel. Nothing fancy needed. Just say bless them, bless them and mean it, send love from your heart. They receive it.
