A Free Script To Reprogram Your Eating Habits

This is the script for a hypnosis recording I made a few years ago. Reading the script over, or having someone read it to you, is very effective. You may want to record it in your own voice so you can listen while you relax or sleep. Even if you fall asleep, your subconscious mind is still listening, so you can still expect change to occur.  In case of emergency, you will wake right up.

What to expect from the experience:

Give yourself 30 minutes alone where it is quiet. Know that while reading the script below, you could rouse yourself immediately in case of emergency.  Even under deep trance, you are still in control. Know that while reading, you could rouse yourself immediately if you need to.  Before working with this script, have an expectation of success. If you are skeptical of the process, or skeptical that it could work for you, that is ok. A fish doesn’t have to believe in the ocean. However, at least for the period of time you are working with this script, set aside all doubt and let go of all resistance. Allow your creative imagination to run free as you create vivid images in response to any words you may hear before you fall asleep.

We’ve learned that the health and wellbeing of our physical body is a direct result of the thoughts we habitually think and our inner response to the words we hear others speak. The cells of our body process information and control our behavior by way of genes being turned on and off by influences outside us, such as our perceptions and beliefs. Our beliefs, true or false, positive or negative, affect our genetic activity and alter our genetic code.

We can retrain our consciousness to create healthy beliefs, and thus create a profoundly positive effect on our bodies and in our lives. We can identify where our glitches are and not only regulate our own brain chemistry to overcome ailments and bad habits, we can reprogram ourselves and reformat our lives for more joy.

Our body is a community of 50 trillion living cells, all cooperating as a collective amoebic consciousness, and we speak to it and direct it every time we have a thought or reaction. The body is a biochemical machine and the driver is the mind. So unhealthy habits are merely a result of how we’re driving our physiology.

Carefully selected words and phrases on this recording will reprogram the cells of your body and help you eliminate tension and eliminate excessive overeating. Unhealthy is a habit you acquired, and you can break this habit by the power of suggestion.

You can use the power of suggestion to strengthen your willpower. Strengthening your willpower allows you to focus and direct your attention wherever you want it to go. Unhealthy eating is a habit you acquired, and the power of suggestion is going to help you break this habit.

With repeated listening, food will become less important in your life as you find new things to do as a slimmer, healthier, more active person.

HERE’S THE WRITTEN SCRIPT OF SUGGESTIONS

Self-relaxation can help me eliminate tension and eliminate excessive overeating.
Overeating is a habit I acquired, and I can break this habit by the power of suggestion.

I can use the power of suggestion to strengthen my willpower.
Strengthening my willpower allows me to focus and direct my attention wherever I want it to go.
Excessive eating is a habit I acquired, the power of suggestion is going to help me break this habit.

I awaken to each new day with a new body, a new mind, and a renewed soul.
I am going to change my eating habits.
I am going to eat less and I will have no desire to eat between meals.

I find interesting ways to increase my physical activity
I enjoy eating the low fat foods that are good for me
I am satisfied eating smaller meals
I eat only when I am hungry

I eat only to fuel my next activity
I am trim and slim and healthy and strong

I enjoy eating healthy foods
I enjoy working out and being active

The smallest amount of food satisfies me completely
I enjoy the feeling of exercising and working out my body
I am becoming slimmer and stronger every day

I am relaxed and peaceful.
Food is less and less important to me.

I am more comfortable eating slowly, and enjoying only healthy foods.
Snacking is unimportant to me.

I can eat small amounts of foods in restaurants, and I will eat more slowly.
I may even leave half my meal on my plate, and that is fine.

The next time I read the script, I will relax ten times faster and go ten times deeper than I am now.

Every time I walk into the kitchen, a glass of fresh water completely satisfies my urge to snack.

Whenever I have the tv on, a glass of fresh water completely satisfies my urge to snack.

I am more motivated than ever before to create the most healthy and positive thoughts for myself, to change old eating patterns into good eating patterns… to lose the amount of weight I no longer want or need… and to maintain the weight loss.

I now have new ways of dealing with my old habits.

I have a strong desire to walk a little bit each day… to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine… to feel the surge of energy I have after a nice brisk walk.

I can actually feel my metabolism rising within my body to burn fat and leave me with a higher energy level.

My new habits make permanent weight loss possible.

I feel wonderful. I feel perfectly at peace, perfectly at ease, perfectly safe, and perfectly secure.

I can begin to experience a new and healthy vital energy that flows through my body and mind.

My thoughts are positive, confident.
I reflect on all the positive aspects about myself… my intelligence… my creativity… I see myself as the healthy and strong and exciting person that I am.

I allow these positive feelings to grow stronger and stronger for me every day, and every night.

I continue to relax and feel perfectly at peace, perfectly at ease, perfectly safe, and perfectly secure.

The next time I read this script, I will relax ten times faster and go ten times deeper than I am now.
