After a stroke, emotional actions and reactions may be skewed until the brain has time to rewire itself

brain cosmos blueA friend recently had a stroke. While he recovers, it’s easy to expect too much too soon as far as his memory and thinking. Since he looks almost back to normal, it’s easy to forget he’s had a major brain injury. His emotional actions and reactions may be skewed until his brain has time to rewire itself. That can be hard on loved ones. He needs body rest and brain rest to rewire. It’s hard to heal when the mind’s default setting is heated discussion on the woes of the world. Please send healing thoughts to this blessed brother.
