A friend wrote these questions in his blog and I’ve answered them below. They are all easy answers, he simply does not understand the work at all.  “Why doesn’t anyone who follows the Abraham-Hicks belief system  end the war, rapes, and starvation in Syria?  Is everyone in their group selfishly wishing only for stuff for themselves?   Or doesn’t it work on big stuff?   Does their “Universe” (the Intelligence which does their wish fulfillment for them) only do self-centered requests? Why are there so many excuses (escape clauses) to the Law of Attraction (“You have to really, really want this, without any doubts, or it won’t work.”)?  Wouldn’t God, sorry, the Universe, know what you want and just give it to you?   Shouldn’t they feel guilty about using God like their personal servant?   Are they all being taken by Hicks?  If she (Hicks) has a direct line to God, is it right that she charges for it?”  

Andrea’s answer: The giant point is that we are each in charge of what we attract individually. That means for us alone. The only thing that stands between what we want and getting it, is our belief, expectation and level of resistance. And it’s all related. If you watch the news and have any kind of resistance to all the tragedies happening all over the world, that impacts your income and what you attract out of those around you. if you think anything or anyone is unfair, that impacts your income and what you attract out of those around you.

Answer, yes, that is how it works.

(3) Why are there so many excuses (escape clauses) to the Law of Attraction (“You have to really, really want this, without any doubts, or it won’t work.”)?

Answer: there are no excuses, no exceptions. Desire plays as important a part as expectation, belief and releasing resistance. Line those things up, and you’ve got it.

(4) If she (Hicks) has a direct line to God, is it right that she charges for it?”

Answer: nowhere does she say she had a direct line to God, she says there is nothing she does that everyone else cannot all do then she gives the orocess to do it. What you pay for is her time to appear in person or her books etc that give her processes.
