It felt good to hit the gym early in the morning for the first time in weeks. Brighthouse came and did a cable fix. I rearranged the office furniture. The first thing I did was move out of the office anything I hadn’t used the last 6 months — and using it as a desk to lay papers on was not “using” it. Two hours later, office was cleaned and cleared. I moved out 2 chairs, a bookcase and 2 tables. I wonder now how they fit in here in the first place. I also pared the office altar down to one corner unit.
I got magazine labels updated, subscription envelopes ready to stuff, went to get my 5 gallon bottles filled at The Waterman, bought stamps at the post office, tasted a 9v battery, participated in a provocative Mars/Venus discussion, and had an epic spoonbender fail. I updated this blog header to include the new headshots by photographer Debi Buck. A pal got to witness my brain fatigue in action, trying to do math when I’m overtired. There’s always a laugh to be had in AndreaLand. To end the day, two of my tomatoes got ripe on the vine today! Patrice the mail chick told me a tip for getting ripe tomatoes to keep longer is to keep the stem on, or store them stem side down if it’s been removed. Never refrigerate. Look at these beauties!
