My sleep habits are an ever-changing thing (see also My morphing sleep cycles of menopause and Not able to sleep?) I’ve been sleeping a lot lately and currently I’ve been going to bed at 6:00pm and waking up about midnight. Then in the morning I take a nap between 6:00am and 8:00-9:00am. I’ve been taking in less calories the past two months, maybe 1,000 a day maximum and have kept 15 pounds off. I figure that may have something to do with me needing more sleep, while my body adjusts.
