When you look at your life, what do you see? Do you see problems that need fixing, challenges that need
addressing, opportunities to explore—or a mystery to unfold? Do you remember how ―things used to be when you
had a definite aim for your life? Has your life gotten out of control because you allow others to define your purpose?

The way you view your life will determine your attitude about it. If everything tends to be a problem, or even an
annoyance, that constantly needs fixing, you will stay in a state of chaos or crisis.

This causes all types of health problems, such as eating or drinking too much or too little, high blood pressure, overall fatigue,
and a feeling of being incomplete of never finishing anything. Imagine what your life would be like if you could recapture some
of the thoughts and attitudes of your youth, the thoughts you had when you defined yourself and lived your life on purpose!

When you live your best life, life takes on new meaning. You develop and feel a new attitude of ease, knowing that
you are in control of what you can be and in flow with what you can’t.

Using your imagination as a focal point, begin to look at the issues that arise as a mystery to unfold, so that you can rejuvenate
your life and live in a state of high expectations and enjoyment.
