Integrity is a quality that keeps you
morally and ethically sound. Once you
live with integrity, dishonesty in any
form will simply not be in your life.
You are the most important person with whom to practice in-
tegrity. Make a pact that you will honor your word to yourself
and others. Be known by the fact that you honor your word.
