Melinda Henneberger writes: &#8220;<em>Thus did 43-year-old Penelope Trunk, CEO of the aptly named &#8220;Brazen Careerist&#8221; blog, Twitter her recent miscarriage: &#8220;I&#8217;m in a board meeting. Having a miscarriage.
