{"id":41121,"date":"2008-03-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-03-13T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/?p=41121"},"modified":"2015-06-03T18:46:00","modified_gmt":"2015-06-03T23:46:00","slug":"41121","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/41121\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I have zero time to do expos, it is all\u00a0I can do to keep up with the magazine and the readings each month.\u00a0 I am getting calls in response to my production internship ad, so hopefully I will assemble a helpful team.\u00a0 Since they are unpaid positions, we&#8217;ll see \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Most people\u00a0want to work for Horizons because they really just want to hang around me *hehe* because they think I am fun all the time.\u00a0 So we go thru the charade of training and when they don&#8217;t get enough personal attention from me anymore, they lose interest and I have gotten behind in work again by training someone.\u00a0 It&#8217;s easier to do it myself for the most part. I don&#8217;t mind doing extra work since I love working alone &#8211; small price to pay.\u00a0 I&#8217;m lots faster (at what I know) than anyone else also, so I will learn to come to a balance.
