{"id":41093,"date":"2013-05-20T04:31:16","date_gmt":"2013-05-20T09:31:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/?p=41093"},"modified":"2015-06-03T04:31:59","modified_gmt":"2015-06-03T09:31:59","slug":"i-cancel-paying-clients-just-to-step-out-of-a-particular-vibe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/i-cancel-paying-clients-just-to-step-out-of-a-particular-vibe\/","title":{"rendered":"I cancel paying clients just to step out of a particular vibe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I just\u00a0cancelled $450 worth of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/Phone_sessions\/index.html\">appointments<\/a>\u00a0with particular (and fave!) clients just so I can stay off \u00a0a particular topic and get out of a particular vibe. \u00a0I love helping friends who help themselves, but it\u2019s not my job to fix anyone who doesn\u2019t want to be fixed. \u00a0Wait, it\u2019s not my job to fix anyone, period. \u00a0You know what my job is? \u00a0My job is fixing me. \u00a0So am I losing $450 income? \u00a0No. \u00a0It just won\u2019t come from those particular clients.\u00a0\u00a0It will instead come from, well, from wherever it is right now. \u00a0When I let go of what\u2019s no longer fun, I leave that vibe and step into another. That new vibe will be my new source of income.
