This week I\u2019ve doing final layout on the June\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/\">Horizons Magazine<\/a>, which means a week of 12-16 hour days of typing. \u00a0Since\u00a0I\u2019ve developed this \u201ctrigger thumb,\u201d\u00a0I keep it splinted and take lots of breaks from the keyboard to rest it. \u00a0Mostly the breaks have me outside gardening for 15-30 minutes at a time, which really breaks up the day.
