{"id":35121,"date":"2014-01-19T03:49:18","date_gmt":"2014-01-19T08:49:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/?p=35121"},"modified":"2014-01-19T03:49:18","modified_gmt":"2014-01-19T08:49:18","slug":"making-it-easy-for-them-is-not-making-it-easy-on-them","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/making-it-easy-for-them-is-not-making-it-easy-on-them\/","title":{"rendered":"Making it easy for them is not making it easy on them"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Some people need just a word, just a hint, to be inspired to creativity and success. \u00a0Others, even when taken by the hand and handed everything they need to succeed, cannot take that final step on their own, or cannot sustain the momentum you put into place for them.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif;\">\u00a0It&#8217;s not up to any of us to judge what someone else&#8217;s next step is. \u00a0Sometimes we need to remain in the pretending and practicing part of the process for a long time. \u00a0<\/span>It&#8217;s not up to any of us to judge when anyone else is ready. Making it easy for them is not making it easy on them. Making them do their own work to figure out what they want and how to go about getting it is what will bring them satisfaction and self respect.
