\"samhain-blessings\"<\/a>This weekend is Samhain\/Halloween<\/strong> and Day of the Dead<\/strong>, said to be a time of the thinning of the veil between our world and the nonphysical world of spirit. It’s a time to mark the ongoing cycle of life and death and honor our ancestors and loved ones who have passed. It’s a \u00a0time to move energy from darkness to light. This year, I had several loved ones pass and I’ll spend time tonight reflecting on our lineage and having known them.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n

Make Peace with your Ancestors<\/center><\/p><\/div>\n

It’s also a time to engage in conversation with the spirit of those who have passed, and make amends where amends are needed. \u00a0Have a conversation between the two of you, resolving all differences. \u00a0This is how you work out a past situation energetically in the Now. \u00a0This is the perfect time to use\u00a0Ho\u2019Oponopono, the Hawaiian healing process<\/a>.\u00a0I’ve done this so many times throughout the years that I don’t feel I have anything unresolved with anyone in spirit. It’s a free feeling, having nothing unsaid hanging over my head. \u00a0Take time this Samhain to reflect on the past year and resolve what feels unresolved. \u00a0Things and people come to pass, they don’t come to stay. Make the journey enjoyable. Your thoughts in the Now mend the “karma” of your past. Make peace with your ancestors tonight.<\/p>\n
