You’re allowed to disagree with me. \u00a0You’re allowed to be angry with me. \u00a0I’m not trying to convince anyone of anything. \u00a0I’m just playing show and tell about my day and how things land on me and how I navigate life. \u00a0You don’t have to believe what I believe. \u00a0But if you have an issue with me and want to work it out, tell me exactly what it is and let’s resolve it once and for all. \u00a0A friend is angry with me for various<\/a> and sundry<\/a> and, besides arguing with me on Facebook, we are emailing. I can’t meet everyone’s expectations and I don’t talk with anyone who’s angry. \u00a0He asked why I did something. \u00a0I told him. \u00a0He wrote back several accusations and I asked him what specifically he was referring to. \u00a0 He would not tell me. \u00a0I don’t have time for stuff like that. \u00a0Last month I wrote If someone asks for an exit interview <\/a>or closure talk, show up for it and let them take the lead. \u00a0 At the end, ask if they\u2019ve addressed all concerns and are they complete. \u00a0Because I thought I did that once and apparently I did not. \u00a0 I can be very oblivious and self centered. \u00a0I don\u2019t do it on purpose. \u00a0 I never mean to hurt the ones I love. \u00a0However, I recognize it\u2019s their issue and not mine if they let me leave without being complete.<\/p>\n
