I&#8217;d been feeling a little fatigued lately so that is why I bought it, then I found out it could help my injured knee so I tried it (successfully!) for that. Some u<span class=\"MHRHead\">se it daily for aches, pains and muscles spasms, <a href=\"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/?p=41983\">restless leg<\/a>, eczema, psoriasis, hyperactivity, headaches, migraines,\u00a0better sleep, relaxed muscles, improved daytime energy and even hair loss.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Here&#8217;s some info on magnesium oil, as well as my knee story.<br \/>\n<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>MY KNEE STORY:<\/strong> A couple of months ago, I rearranged my living room as a workout area, so it&#8217;s easy to grab the free weights or jump on the <a href=\"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/?p=40311\">exercise bike<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/?p=39745\">Healthrider<\/a> or the <a href=\"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/?p=40473\">rebounder<\/a> a few times a day.\u00a0 Then two weeks ago I managed to oversquat in poor form and ouch my right knee.\u00a0 I felt it etherically before it showed visibly.\u00a0 It felt as though the leg from above the knee to below the calf was filling up with water.\u00a0 It got a little stiff when I&#8217;d spend hours at the computer, but didn&#8217;t bother me or look odd.\u00a0 I knew something was going on, though, as I was guided to use my <a href=\"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/?p=41628\">Nano wand<\/a> on it, then to rub the leg with coconut oil.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/magnesium-quote_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-41959\" src=\"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/magnesium-quote_1-300x218.jpg\" alt=\"magnesium-quote_1\" width=\"300\" height=\"218\" srcset=\"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/magnesium-quote_1-300x218.jpg 300w, http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/magnesium-quote_1.jpg 446w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>As I massaged the calf with my leg raised before me, I heard myself audibly sigh with relief. Until I touched it, I wasn&#8217;t sure I&#8217;d even injured it. But it responded so quickly I knew I had to give it a rest.\u00a0 I&#8217;d been over-walking on it all week when I knew something was up because it &#8220;felt funny&#8221;.\u00a0 Then three days ago I woke up with the knee very stiff and the leg visibly swollen and shiny.\u00a0 This was serious!\u00a0 I stayed off the leg for two days, relaxed with it elevated above my heart, iced it once each day, took an ibuprofen twice each day, rubbed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B00Q78C1EW?psc=1&amp;redirect=true&amp;ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00\">Seven Minerals Magnesium Oil<\/a> on the back of my right knee and 3-4 inches up and down the back of the leg.\u00a0 The second day, swelling was gone, stiffness almost gone, pain was completely gone.\u00a0 It took a few weeks all in all but <a href=\"http:\/\/horizonsmagazine.com\/blog\/?p=42024\" rel=\"bookmark\">I healed my knee injury in record time.\u00a0 <\/a>I also began using it on my wrists July 25th for a carpal tunnel flareup.\u00a0 It&#8217;s kept the pain at bay for two days now.
