I am on top of one building with another next door. Someone else and I have to move between the buildings and use a ladder to bridge the gap. The ladder is not quite tall enough but we make it anyway.<\/p>\n

Some premonitions for today, which I\u2019ll check tomorrow to see if got any hits:<\/p>\n

  2. empty cardboard boxes piled up tall<\/li>\n
  3. child running after red ball<\/li>\n
  4. mountain in the distance with snow on top<\/li>\n
  5. 368<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I played much of today, worked in the garden, cut paths through my little woods; sprayed Round Up on the air potato vines before they take over.\u00a0 Stuck cuttings of Turk’s Cap and Jasmine in the ground since it was raining.<\/p>\n

    Sometimes we wind up walking\u00a0paths that are so narrow that we just can’t relate to the average man-on-the-street.\u00a0We find ourselves in a lifestyle so narrow that we ultimately lose any space to share every day life with ‘ordinary’ people.<\/p>\n

    That has happened to me in the past.\u00a0 I’ve gone the guru route a few times and am no longer a joiner of anything.\u00a0 It’s too easy to get led by the pack into thinking ‘we’re all in this for the greater good’ and we wind up filling someone else’s coffers until we wise up or wake up.<\/p>\n

    I learned early on that if I make my own dollars, I don’t have to depend on anyone else ever.\u00a0 That is a gigantic freedom.\u00a0 I think getting married just joins the government in your relationship.\u00a0 I’ve learned not to enter\u00a0into any legal partnerships and not to involve anyone else in my finances.\u00a0 It helps keep\u00a0hidden agendas out of\u00a0relationships.<\/p>\n

    So many people think they need to claw and grab for any dollar they can, they feel there isn’t enough so they’d better snare their share while they can.\u00a0 That’s the mentality that keeps them wanting to step over their fellow man to get up the ladder themselves.\u00a0 I used to think it was my job to tell everyone how to fix their lives.\u00a0 Life is so much simpler now that I’ve discarded that belief.<\/p>\n

    I made a poster for my brother for his birthday.\u00a0 I sent the job to the Staples near his home in SC and had them flat mount it on foam board for him, and I\u2019ll ask him to go pick it up.<\/p>\n
