\"wooded<\/a>I went for a walk this morning between 4:00 and 5:00am under the bright and waning full moon, now in Sagittarius. When the moon is in Sagittarius, I have a need for extra physical activity. Between 4:00-5:00am the only sound are crickets and the occasional frog. I prefer walking just before dawn breaks when the birds are waking up and calling about and I can see the bunnies at the side of the road. I went thome and watched the Netflix movie Mile and a Half \u2013 the Muir Project,<\/a> a documentary in the making by several artist friends who hiked the John Muir Trail which is a 211 mile trail in the Sierra Nevada mountain range of California, running from Yosemite National Park to Mt Whitney.\u00a0 After the movie my legs still wanted to walk, so the man and I went to Turkey Creek Sanctuary<\/a> and did 2.5 miles there. We were glad to get off the boardwalk, slick from last week\u2019s rain and the deep shade overhead. I took one of my trekking poles and find it really does help propel me down the path. I like the sandy pine trails of the park and we ventured down the jogging exercise trail in search of the gazebo and the river walk. We saw a few big gopher turtles and a few dozen turtles in the water along with some big gar and other fish. There were a handful of early bird others out walking the park as well. We were back home and had already had an adventure by 10:30 in the morning.\u00a0 That’s my kind of morning!<\/p>\n
