On Facebook yesterday, my friend Robin Krasny<\/a> posted a Youtube video that was too funny not to pass along. The lyrics are subtitled. I am glad my exes on Facebook are all really cool guys who are still pals. If they weren’t I might sing them this song You Want To Be My Friend On Facebook? Wow, huh?\u00a0 I’ve written about Facebook in Horizons before like here where friends were worried about old lovers contacting them<\/a> and\u00a0 Is it ok to break up with someone over Facebook?<\/a> and How To Stop The Stupid Facebook Posts On Your Wall<\/a> I learned a lot of people like to use a public forum to address what used to be a very private thing: ending a relationship. But we all have a different idea of what is private and what is not.\u00a0 I may think it’s hilarious to divulge what a particular roommate does in their spare time, yet they may find that an invasion of privacy.<\/p>\n

Sometimes it’s hard to tell my story.\u00a0 That’s because it’s seldom just MY story; it’s the story of everyone who was there at the time as well.\u00a0 Since I share space, I have to take them all into consideration.<\/p>\n

Unless I want to find a unicorn head in my bed some midnight.<\/p>\n

Or a YouTube video of me snoring or worse.<\/p>\n
