Armand Della Volpe<\/a> writes, “While pondering the possibility that every day may be my last, I wrote 5 people love letters that each contained some apologetic amends. These were the only 5 people in the world that I was conscious of having unclean energies with. Most of them responded within 12 hours. I received some of the most loving, appreciative and forgiving responses. It felt so good to be cleaner and clearer with myself and others. This morning I became more aware that God had written to God and God had responded. The more I surrender to Oneness and Humility, the more kind and loving my reflections are. There truly is only 1 of us.<\/em>\u00a0 I am aware that as I release samskaras, more may show up. I don’t pretend to say I have healed everything with everyone. LOL” The fact that he acknowledges this and takes responsibility sends a huge signal to the Universe.\u00a0 The details are irrelevant and no one else’s business. <\/p>\n

FB friend Bruce says, “Apologizing is something 98% of the human race has a huge problem doing, but it needs desperately to be done on a regular basis. Most people are too “proud,” too whatever to “stoop” to that, and we are all worse off for it. Congratulations, Armand, you get major brownie points for this!”<\/p>\n

My (Andrea’s) experience is you do not have to re-engage them in person or catch them off guard by phone. Simply write from your heart and have your say.\u00a0 The courageous will answer questions for clarification.\u00a0 A simple “I’m sorry I hurt you” leaves unanswered questions.\u00a0 Unanswered questions = no resolution.\u00a0 Come clean, get it over once and for all.\u00a0 You know what you did, or what they think you did. You’ll be rewarded for your courage and humility.\u00a0 \u201cHow will I know if it\u2019s working?<\/em>\u201d You\u2019ll know when the tension drops and aggravation over that person leaves your consciousness for good. All situations in your life will begin to magically resolve themselves.\u00a0 You\u2019ll know it’s working because the damage will have stopped echoing around you. It’s the echo that does the damage.<\/p>\n
