The spin will make ya dizzy<\/p><\/div>\n

Some friends are hurting.\u00a0 They are threatening to sue someone and weave stories to convince themselves it’s okay. They don’t get that whatever it is, it’s okay. Their story is valid, no reason to spin tales. The magic balm is in the truth.<\/em>\u00a0 I saw it happen. I said, “You can reframe it all you want but you purposely lied and got caught. If you’d stop bringing it up and trying to prove you weren’t lying, the matter would be closed by now. Drop it. Stop creating more karma for yourself.”\u00a0 They remind me of a personal situation where someone keeps forgetting my ex and I were apart four months before she came on the scene. She likes her version so she can keep mentioning me. It’s okay, let her have poetic license, but the truth is the better story.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n

Early last year I’d returned home from a trip where loved ones had passed<\/a> and signed onto Facebook to send a friend a message. I see he is already on and messaging back and forth with a mutual friend.\u00a0 He and I had split 4 months prior but he still used my computer daily so my laptop signed me into his account instead of mine. I’d just driven 8 hours and wasn’t sure wha<\/em>t I was seeing, so I made a pdf file to read the next day.\u00a0 It was eye opening. I thought this man and I were friends. If she for a moment thought what he said was true, bless her for coming to his defense; I did for 18 months. No need to rehash that story, but the bottom line is the spinning of the tale continues as recent as last week at a friend’s party.\u00a0 Why she thinks she has to make it look as though he and I were together when she came on the scene, I have no idea. It’s on the FB and blog pages in the timelines as it happened. Why bend the truth? To those who are hurting: no need to weave stories to convince anyone it’s okay. Whatever it is, it’s okay. Your story is valid as it is, no reason to spin it into anything bigger. Trust me. The magic balm is in the truth.<\/p>\n
