If the dirty dishes in the sink bother me, I can either do them or get ticked at whose dishes they are and waste time wondering why aren&#8217;t they washing them instead of playing on the computer. It&#8217;s a no brainer: I can either keep the offender out of my house or I can morph my perspective to keep myself happy.
