Don&#8217;t even react. \u00a0You don&#8217;t even know it&#8217;s happening. \u00a0Your life is your message. It will pass soon enough. Add no fuel to the flame<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>. Just get on with your own good life and pay no mind to anyone who doesn&#8217;t want to be part of it.<\/em><\/span>\u00a0 My 88 year old aunt gets panic attacks watching hurricane updates. \u00a0 We&#8217;ve not had one since 2004 but she makes herself a basket case glued to the tv, running the ugly &#8220;what ifs&#8221; through her head. \u00a0It gets exhausting when it becomes the main daily topic. You stop it by simply turning off the tv. \u00a0Stop watching the movie that is driving you crazy, whatever it is.
